Swann studied at Westminster College, Salt Lake City, Utah, receiving a double bachelor’s degree in biology and art. Swann’s active participation in parapsychology research began in 1969 when he was 36 years old. During the next twenty years he worked only in controlled laboratory settings with scientific researchers. Although he lectured widely on the importance of psychic faculties and potentials, he has never publicly demonstrated his abilities. Because of his participation in hundreds of thousands of experimental trials, author Martin Ebon wrote of him as “parapsychology’s most tested guinea pig,” and Psychic News and other media often refer to him as “the scientific psychic.” During the 1950s and 1960s, because of psychic potentials partly evident in childhood, he became actively interested in occult and parapsychological literature and in a variety of novel mind-development programs which took positive approaches to the enhancement of ESP potentials. Swann early distinguished between psychic phenomenon and psychic mind-dynamic processes. He especially noticed that while parapsychology researched the existence of paranormal phenomena (such as ESP, telepathy, and psychokinesis), there was little interest in the mental processes involved in producing evidence of them. From this distinction he slowly developed unique theoretical approaches to process enhancement of psi perceptions, which was in keeping with ancient descriptions of Siddhis as found in various Eastern Yoga literature and Abraham Maslow’s developmental abilitism theories. In 1970 Swann experimented with Cleve Backster in attempting to influence plants by mental activity. In 1971 psychokinetic experiments involved successfully influencing temperature recorded in a controlled setting devised by parapsychologists Gertrude Schmeidler and Larry Lewis at City College, New York. This involved PK effects upon target thermistors (temperature measuring devices) in insulated thermos bottles at a distance of 25 feet from Swann. Swann was also the subject of experiments in out-of-body travel, or psychic perception at a distance. These took place during 1971 at the American Society for Psychical Research. They involved Swann sitting in a chair and attempting to project his consciousness into sealed boxes on a small platform several feet above his head, in which there was a target symbol completely shielded from view. Swann was monitored by electrodes that would have recorded any movement from the chair. Under these difficult laboratory conditions, Swann nevertheless scored significant successes in describing the targets. In one test he was actually able to state correctly that a light that should have illuminated the target was inoperative. There was no normal way of ascertaining this fact without opening the box. In 1972, at the American Society for Psychical Research, Swann began suggesting experimental protocols to test for the existence of mind-dynamic processes that would enhance ESP and he coined the term “remote viewing” to describe the experiments in which viewers would view a location given nothing but its geographical coordinates, which was developed and tested by Puthoff and Targ with CIA funding. Remote viewing is the practice of seeking impressions about a distant or unseen target, purportedly using extrasensory perception (ESP) or "sensing" with the mind. One of the first most remarkable experiments involved a successful attempt to influence the stable magnetic field of a super-cooled Josephson junction inside a quark detector (a complex apparatus designed to detect subatomic particles). The apparatus was completely inaccessible, being encased in aluminum and copper containers and buried in five feet of concrete. When Swann mentally visualized the hidden target, significant variations were recorded in sine waves. This PK effect was reported at a conference on quantum physics and parapsychology. On April 27, 1973, in another extraordinary experiment, Swann “visited” the planet Jupiter in a joint “psychic probe” shared by fellow psychic Harold Sherman. Swann’s drawings made during the experiment showed a ‘ring’ of tiny asteroids around the planet which scientists at the time said did not exist. The existence of the ring was later scientifically confirmed in 1979. From the first experiments, Swann was increasingly considered a very unique test subject because, at the command of the experimenters, he could reproduce and sustain the desired effects over time at a significant rate of success. Throughout the history of parapsychology, other test subjects had been temporarily or spontaneously successful. But these subjects typically suffered from the well-known “decline effect” or “psi-missing effect” which statistically erased the successes, and thus permitted skeptics to believe that the successes were due to some outside factor other than claimed human psi abilities. Ingo was also a self-taught artist who worked mostly in oil paintings. His artworks express his passion for exploring the mysteries of the Universe and recapture his visions from leaving his body, remote viewing, and seeing auras. Starting in the late 1950s with his first still life painting and continuing through to his last work of art, Cosmic Intelligence, Ingo’s art periods mirror his own journey. From student to visionary, cosmic and later metaphysical artist, Ingo’s goal was to transcend the ordinary into an art form that conveyed an advancing frontier of experience. Most books and articles written after 1973 about parapsychology and psychic matters refer to Swann’s work in some way. Many analysts of science and parapsychology generally concede that his work and the high levels of official sponsorship it obtained gradually influenced positive reevaluations of the validity of psi in human experiencing. In July 1995 the CIA declassified, and approved for release, documents revealing its sponsorship in the 1970s of a program at Stanford Research Institute in Menlo Park, CA, to determine whether such phenomena as remote viewing "might have any utility for intelligence collection". Thus began disclosure to the public of a two-decade-plus involvement of the intelligence community in the investigation of so-called parapsychological or psi phenomena. One of the documents released was on project “SUN STREAK” which refined the process of teaching Coordinate Remote Viewing (CRV) to the degree that individuals possessing no known “natural psychic abilities” can be taught to remote view with extreme accuracy in a relatively short time period. The training program was divided into 6 stages with each stage increasing the scope and ability of the viewer. In the document it is said that the basic theory of how CRV works is very logical and is easily comprehended even by a “non-psychic”. It goes on to explain that somewhere in the unconscious mind there exists what they label “the Matrix” which knows no boundaries or limitations and contains all information about all things. The Matrix has within it “Patterns” - think of these as points within a 3D box and these Patterns each possess and radiate their own energy. This energy is emitted in the form of a signal or “signal line” which is particular to that specific pattern. This Pattern in the Matrix has other names such as “Thought Ball” or “Gestalt”. A Gestalt can be described as the Pattern and all of its associated patterns. “Cognitrons” are a pattern product existing in the unconscious mind, created by the interaction between neurons and synapses, after either a physical or emotional event. A practical explanation of training theory and how Cognitrons apply to learning could be accomplished using the example of an athlete. An athlete practices to reach a training objective, this objective could be skill related, like a wrestling move. The move is rehearsed time and time again until it is done correctly or until significant improvement is made and then training is ended to allow for the formulation of Cognitrons in the athletes memory. These Cognitrons will enable the athlete to accomplish the task spontaneously the next time the move is attempted, the same is true of psychic training. Clarification of this growing list of terms and definitions can be accomplished by walking through the process to this point. The monitor will read the viewer a set of encrypted coordinates e.g., 31° 42’E and 20° 16’N. In very basic terms, the viewer’s Autonomic Nervous System will respond to energy produced by the “Gestalt” or “Pattern”, and this response will manifest itself on the Idiogram. It is this registration on the Idiogram that indicates that the viewer is receiving the signal line of the Gestalt. The viewer will begin receiving impressions or perceptions of the target area (site) keyed to the specific issues he is concerned with e.g., structure, terrain, emotions etc. When Speaking of “the Matrix” or of “Gestalts” and the related “Patterns”, these terms are dealing with information which exists in energy form in the unconscious mind. The purpose of CRV training was to enable the viewer to extract the information from the unconscious and bring it into the conscious mind where it can be used for whatever intended purpose. All information and perceptions drawn from the unconscious must be processed through the “limen” thresholds or the conscious mind will not be able to receive it. This transfer or passage of information is accomplished through the use of “conduits” or “channels” which permit various types of sensory information to pass through. There are a number of inhibitors called “physical inclemencies”, which shut down a viewer's ability to pass information from the unconscious to the conscious or awareness. Each viewer has only a specific number of channels of conduit available in which to pass information thru the limen thresholds separating the levels of consciousness. If inordinate numbers of these channels are clogged with other functions e.g., survival (movement), sickness, fatigue, hunger etc., then the viewer's ability to pass information will be greatly impaired. In order for a viewer to be effective the greatest number of these channels possible must be made available - viewing when sick, hungry etc. was not recommended. What has been discussed here is theory, much cannot be explained, measured or quantified to the standards demanded by the scientific community. While analytical data may not be in abundance to support this theory, session reports and historical and experimental data exist to substantiate the fact that CRV is a reality. In Swann’s book Secrets of Power, he discusses the enormous amount of discovered data, information, and knowledge out there that is avoided, forbidden, made taboo, swept under carpets, or simply trashed. He says brain researchers say that we use only ten to fifteen percent of our brains and that it’s also quite possible that we use only ten to fifteen percent of discovered knowledge. One may ask what these two somewhat unexplainable discrepancies have to do with power. Well, he says it's entirely possible that we know only ten to fifteen percent about the nature of power, and that we utilize only ten to fifteen percent of our innate powers. He wonders why a species equipped to function at higher percentages of everything should remain confined to ten percept performance. In the intro to Secrets of Power II he says, “Most books about power only deal with the societal formula of the few having power over the enormously larger powerless masses, and which is mistaken as the so-called “natural order of power.” But it is not well understood that this formula also requires social conditioning measures aimed at perpetuating the continuing depowerment of the powerless so that the powerful CAN have power over them. This in turn requires the societal suppression and secretizing of all knowledge about the superlative human powers known to exist in individuals of the human species, but which are socially forced into latency in most. It is broadly understood that power and secrecy go together, but the scope of the “web” of secrets surrounding the larger nature of human power(s) is surprising. As discussed in Volume I of SECRETS OF POWER, empowerment is difficult if the larger panorama of societal power and depowerment are not more fully understood. Any desire for more individual empowerment will soon encounter the question of WHAT to empower. There are many ways to consider this. One way is first to identify human power elements that are known to exist, but DO NOT receive societal nurturing, enhancement, training, scientific research, or philosophical interest. In-depth research will reveal at least five major categories of these power elements, one such category consisting of the aware powers innate in everyone of our species. The direct relationship between the spectrum of aware powers and increases of power is self-evident. The direct relationship between less or no awareness and less or no power is also self-evident. Most societal power structures do not encourage too much development of any aware and related powers, and, via societal programming of punishment, some structures force them into latency altogether. One basic reason is that too much awareness erodes the efficiency of walls of secrecy that support the elite of most power structures, whether large or small. Most are familiar with the awareness they have. But few are familiar with the awarenesses they don't have, but which anyway innately exist within their otherwise amazing information systems.” Secrets of Power I & II

And all the arguments about the possibilities of intelligent life existing on other celestial bodies have been confined to the idea that other civilizations must necessarily live on the surface of a planet, and that the interior as a habitat is out of the question.Abandoning the traditional paths of "common sense", we have plunged into what may at first sight seem to be unbridled and irresponsible fantasy. But the more minutely we go into all the information gathered by man about the Moon, the more we are convinced that there is not a single fact to rule out our supposition. Not only that, but many things so far considered to be lunar enigmas are explainable in the light of this new hypothesis. AN ARTIFICIAL SPUTNIK OF THE EARTH? The origin of the Moon is one of the most complicated problems of cosmogony. So far there have been basically three hypotheses under discussion. HYPOTHESIS I: The Moon was once a part of the Earth and broke away from it. This has now been refuted by the evidence. HYPOTHESIS II: The Moon was formed independently from the same cloud of dust and gas as the Earth, and immediately became the Earth's natural satellite.But then why is there such a big difference between the specific gravity of the Moon (3.33 grams per cubic centimeter) and that of the Earth (5.5 gr.)? Furthermore, according to the latest information (analysis of samples brought back by the U.S. Apollo astronauts) lunar rock is not of the same composition as the Earth's. HYPOTHESIS III: The Moon came into being separately, and, moreover, far from the Earth (perhaps even outside the Solar system). This would mean that the moon would not have to be fashioned from the same "clay" as our own planet. Sailing through the Universe, the Moon came into Earth's proximity, and by a complex interplay of forces of gravity was brought within a geocentric orbit, very close to circular. But a catch of this kind is virtually impossible. In fact, scientists studying the origin of the Universe today have no acceptable theory to explain how the Earth-Moon system came into being. OUR HYPOTHESIS: The Moon is an artificial Earth satellite put into orbit around the Earth by some intelligent beings unknown to ourselves. We refuse to engage in speculation about who exactly staged this unique experiment, which only a highly developed civilization was capable of. A NOAH'S ARK? If you are going to launch an artificial sputnik, then it is advisable to make it hollow. At the same time it would be naive to imagine that anyone capable of such a tremendous space project would be satisfied simply with some kind of giant empty trunk hurled into a near-Earth trajectory. It is more likely that what we have here is a very ancient spaceship, the interior of which was filled with fuel for the engines, materials and appliances for repair work, navigation, instruments, observation equipment and all manner of machinery... In other words, everything necessary to enable this "caravelle of the Universe" to serve as a kind of Noah's Ark of intelligence, perhaps even as the home of a whole civilization envisaging a prolonged (thousands of millions of years) existence and long wanderings through space (thousands of millions of miles). Naturally, the hull of such a spaceship must be super-tough in order to stand up to the blows of meteorites and sharp fluctuations between extreme heat and extreme cold. Probably the shell is a double-layered affair--the basis a dense armoring of about 20 miles in thickness, and outside it some kind of more loosely packed covering (a thinner layer- -averaging about three miles). In certain areas--where the lunar "seas" and "craters" are, the upper layer is quite thin, in some cases, non-existent. Since the Moon's diameter is 2,162 miles, then looked at from our point of view it is a thin- walled sphere. And, understandably, not an empty one. There could be all kinds of materials and equipment on its inner surface. But the greatest proportion of the lunar mass is concentrated in the central part of the sphere, in its core, which has a diameter of 2,062 miles. Thus the distance between the kernel and the shell of this nut is in the region of 30 miles. This space was doubtless filled with gases required for breathing, and for technological and other purposes. With such an internal structure the Moon could have an average specific gravity if 3.3 grams per cubic centimeter, which differs considerably from that of Earth (5.5 grams per cubic centimeter). A BATTLESHIP THEY COULDN'T TORPEDO?The most numerous and interesting of the formations on the lunar surface are the craters. In diameter they vary considerably. Some are less that a yard across, while others are more than 120 miles (the biggest has a diameter of 148 miles). How does the Moon come to be so pockmarked? There are two hypothesis - volcanic and meteoric. Most scientists vote for the latter. Kirill Stanyukovich, a Soviet physicist, has written a whole series of works since 1937 in which he expounds the idea that the craters are the result of bombardment of the Moon for millions of years. And he really means bombardment, for even the smallest celestial body, when it is involved in one of those fastest head-on collisions so common in the cosmos behaves itself like a warhead charged with dynamite, or even an atomic warhead at times. Instant combustion takes place on impact, turning it into a dense cloud of incandescent gas, into plasma, and there is a very definite explosion. According to Professor Stanyukovich, a "missile" of a sizable character (say 6 miles in diameter) must, on collision with the Moon, penetrate to a depth equal to 4 or 5 times its own diameter (24-30 miles). The surprising thing is that however big the meteorites may have been which have fallen on the Moon (some have been more than 60 miles in diameter), and however fast they must have been travelling (in some cases the combined speed was as much as 38 miles per second), the craters they have left behind are for some odd reason all about the same depth, 1.2-2 miles, although they vary tremendously in diameter. Take that 148-mile diameter crater. In area it outdoes Hiroshima hundreds of times over. What a powerful explosion it must have been to send millions of tons of lunar rock fountaining over tens of miles! On the face of it, one would expect to find a very deep crater here, but nothing of the sort: there is three miles at the most between top and bottom levels, and one third of that is accounted for by the wall of rock thrown up around the crater like a toothed crown. For such a big hole, it is too shallow. Furthermore, the bottom of the crater is convex, following the curve of the lunar surface. If you were to stand in the middle of the crater you would not even be able to see the soaring edge-- it would be beyond the horizon. A hollow that is more like a hill is a rather strange affair, perhaps. Not really, if one assumes that when the meteorite strikes the outer covering of the moon, this plays the role of a buffer and the foreign body finds itself up against an impenetrable spherical barrier. Only slightly denting the 20-mile layer of armour plating, the explosion flings bits of its "coating" far and wide. Bearing in mind that the Moon's defense coating is, according to our calculations, 2.5 miles thick, one sees that this is approximately the maximum depth of the craters. A SPACESHIP COME TO GRIEF?Now let us consider the chemical peculiarities of the lunar rock. Upon analysis, American scientists have found chromium, titanium and zirconium in it. These are all metals with refractory, mechanically strong and anti-corrosive properties. A combination of them all would have enviable resistance to heat and the ability to stand up to means of aggression, and could be used on Earth for linings for electrical furnaces. If a material had to be devised to protect a giant artificial satellite from the unfavorable effects of temperature, from cosmic radiation and meteorite bombardment, the experts would probably have hit on precisely these metals. In that case it is not clear why lunar rock is such an extraordinarily poor heat conductor - a factor which so amazed the astronauts? Wasn't that what the designers of the super-sputnik of the Earth were after? From the engineers point of view, this spaceship of ages long past which we call the Moon is superbly constructed. There may be a good reason for its extreme longevity. It is even possible that it predates our own planet. At any rate, some pieces of lunar rock have proved older than the oldest on Earth, although it is true, this applies to the age of the materials and not of the structure for which they were used. And from the number of craters on its surface, the Moon itself is no chicken. It is, of course, difficult to say when it began to shine in the sky above the Earth, but on the basis of some preliminary estimates one might hazard a guess that it was around two thousand million years ago. We do not, of course, imagine that the moon is still inhabited, and probably many of its automatic devices have stopped working, too. The stabilizers have ceased functioning and the poles have shifted. Even though the moon keeps that same side turned towards us, for some time it has been unsteady on its own axis, on occasion showing us part of its reverse side which were once invisible to observers on the Earth - for example, the Selenites themselves if they made expeditions here. Time has taken its toll. Both body and rigging have disintegrated to some extent; some seams on the inner shell evidently diverged. We assume that the long (up to 940 miles) chains of small craters formerly ascribed to volcanic activity were brought about by eruptions of gas through cracks appearing in the armour plating as a result of accidents. No doubt one of the most splendid features of the lunarscape - a straight "wall" nearly 500 yards high and over 60 miles long - formed as a result of one of the armor plates bending under the impact of celestial torpedoes and raising one of its straight, even edges. The Moon's population presumably took the necessary steps to remedy the effects of meteorite bombardment, for example, patching up rents in the outer shield covering the inner shell. For such purposes a substance from the lunar core was probably used, a kind a cement being made from it. After processing this would be piped to the surface sites where it was required. Not long ago astronomers discovered variations in the gravitational fields near the large "seas". We believe the reason to be this: the Moon's dry seas are in fact areas from which the protective coating was torn from the armor cladding. To make good the damage to these vast tracts, the installation producing the repair substance would have had to be brought immediately beneath the site so that it could flood the area with its "cement". The resulting flat stretches are what look like seas to the terrestrial observer. The stocks of materials and machinery for doing this are no doubt still where they were, and are sufficiently massive to give rise to these gravitational anomalies. What is the Moon today? Is it a colossal necropolis, a "city of the dead," where some form of life became extinct? Is it a kind cosmic Flying Dutchman? A craft abandoned by its crew and controlled automatically? We do not know and we shall not try to guess. WAITING FOR THE EVIDENCE We have put forward in this article only a few of the reasons - unfortunately the evidence is so far only circumstantial - for our hypothesis, which at first glance may appear to be crazy. A similar "crazy" idea was put forward in 1959 by Professor Iosif Shklovsky, an eminent scientist, in relation to the "moons" circling around Mars. After carefully weighing up the evidence he concludes that they are both hollow and therefore artificial satellites. We feel that the questions we have raised in connection with our Moon provide sufficient food for serious thought on the matter; the result may be the illumination of our many lunar riddles. Now, of course, we have to wait for direct evidence to support our idea. Or refute it... Probably there will not be long to wait.

Something strange happened in the Falcon Lake wilderness 54-years ago, when Canada’s most-well documented Unidentified Flying Object incident was reported. On the afternoon of May 20, 1967, mechanic and former military policeman Stephen Michalak was searching for a quartz vein as an amateur prospector in the Whiteshell Provincial Park near Falcon lake, MB, when he was startled by agitated geese nearby. Michalak then allegedly saw two unidentified flying objects in the sky – one of which he said touched down about 45 metres away. After spending a half-hour sketching the saucer-shaped object, he began to approach it. Suddenly, Michalak says the object took off in the air, expelling heat, which set his shirt and cap on fire. The landing site was also found to be devoid of moss and vegetation when compared to nearby areas. “Both the DND and RCMP investigation teams were unable to provide evidence which would dispute Michalak’s story,” wrote the Department of National Defence, in an undated letter to Michalak. The Royal Canadian Mint commemorated the story in 2018 with a special glow-in-the-dark coin depicting the alleged events. A yearly gathering is usually held in the Whiteshell for UFO enthusiasts to gather and discuss their research. It was not held due to COVID-19. Rutkowski has said UFO reports filed in Canada have increased by 46 percent during the COVID-19 pandemic as more residents spend more time outdoors. On average, UFOlogy says there’s an average of two witnesses per UFO sighting, which typically last about 15 minutes each. After their 2017 study, researchers said about 13 percent of UFO sightings in Canada each year are considered unexplained, as many are traced back to aircraft or satellites.

What is the meaning behind the Eye of Horus? The Eye of Horus is an ancient Egyptian symbol that represents protection, sacrifice, healing, regeneration, and royal power. It is also used to protect both the living and the dead from evil forces. The story of the Eye of Horus In ancient Egyptian myth, Osiris, the king of Egypt, was given all of the fertile land, while his brother, Set, received the barren deserts. Out of jealousy, Set murdered Osiris, claimed the throne, and brought chaos and disorder to Egypt. Not only did Set kill Osiris, but because he wanted to keep him from entering the underworld, he cut his body up into 14 pieces and scattered them across the land. Ancient Egyptians believed that in order to enter the underworld, your body had to be intact, embalmed, and entombed. Osiris' wife, Isis, and his son, Horus, along with other family members, went on a quest to find all the pieces of his body. Isis then used her magic to resurrect him and he was then able to enter the underworld and become the god of the dead, of resurrection into eternal life, and the judge of the deceased. Isis continued to raise Horus on her own and upon reaching adulthood, Horus went on a mission to avenge his father. In a series of fierce battles, Horus eventually defeated Set, but not without each of them sustaining heavy injuries. Set lost a testicle, and Horus lost one of his eyes. In one version of the myth, Set tore out Horus' eye, cut it into six pieces, and threw it away. In another version, it was Horus himself who gouged out his own eye as a sacrifice in hopes of bringing his father back to life. It is from this version of the myth that the Eye of Horus has become a symbol of sacrifice. In any case, Horus' eye was magically restored, either by Hathor, the goddess of the sky, women, fertility, and love, or by Thoth, the god of writing, magic, wisdom, and the moon. Because Horus' eye was restored by magic, ancient Egyptians believed it had healing properties. How was the Eye of Horus used? Ancient Egyptians didn't think of the eye as just a passive organ that we used for seeing the world; it was thought of as having special powers related to protection, taking actions, and anger. Eyes were thought to have powerful energy and could cast evil spells with just a glance. It was also believed that evil eyes could be counteracted with "good eyes", which led to beliefs around the protective power of the Eye of Horus. In hieroglyphics, the Eye of Horus is represented by seven different symbols, with the meaning of "take action" or "one who does". Sailors harnessed its power by painting it on ships to protect them on dangerous voyages and to ward off evil forces. In this way, it is similar to the evil eye symbol. It was also used in funeral monuments and amulets to offer the dead safety and protection on their journey to the underworld and to ensure a good and safe afterlife. How is it used today? Today, the Eye of Horus is still used for protection against evil forces and is also believed to bring good health, rejuvenation, energy, and vitality to its wearer. It is placed in homes to improve safety and security from both physical and emotional dangers. It is also used in magic spells, to keep negative energy away and to attract positive energy. Relationship of the Eye of Horus to the human brain Another name for the Eye of Horus is the "Eye of the Mind". Incredibly, when the Eye of Horus is superimposed over a cross-section of the human brain, each of the six sections of the Eye seem to correspond to the major sensory centers of our five senses and to the corpus callosum, the largest collection of white matter fibers in the brain that facilitates communication between the two halves of the brain. What is amazing about this correspondence is that the ancient Egyptians, who were leaders in medicine and anatomy, seemed to understand the intricate functions of the central nervous system without the benefits of modern technology. The following is a list of each part of the Eye of Horus to sections of the brain: Smell: The triangular-shaped section on right side of eye is located in the olfactory trigone. Vision: The center of eye corresponds to the interthalamic adhesion. Wisdom: The eyebrow corresponds to the shape and location of the corpus callosum. Hearing: The triangular left side of the eye corresponds to the location of the Brodman areas 41 and 42, which are the center of hearing in humans. Taste: The coiled, tail-shaped object corresponds to the taste pathway in the brain. Touch: The teardrop-shaped object corresponds to the shape and location of the somatosensory pathway, the carrier of many sensations from the body. The Eye of Horus and mathematics There is yet another fascinating element of symbolism in the Eye of Horus as it relates to mathematics. The Eye can be divided into six individual elements (the six pieces of the eye that were ripped apart by Set, and that also correspond to the different parts of the brain), each of which is assigned a fraction, as follows: ½ corresponds to the outer triangle of the eye¼ corresponds to the pupil1/8 corresponds to the eyebrow1/16 corresponds to the inner triangle of the eye1/32 corresponds to the the curled "tail"1/64 corresponds to the teardrop shape If you then add up the fractions, they do not equal 100%, as expected, but instead only add up to 63/64, or 98.43%. It is said that the missing fraction was either withheld by Thoth's magic when he restored the eye, or that the magic itself is the missing piece. Another interpretation is to say that nothing is perfect. The Eye of Horus as a symbol of the moon Ancients believed that Horus' right eye represented the sun, and his left eye, the moon, meaning that he ruled all of the heavens. Because it is believed that it was Horus' left eye which was gouged out, the Eye of Horus also represents the waxing and waning moon. The nights when there is no moon in the sky represents the time when Horus' eye was ripped out, and the full moon represents the eye that has been restored by magic. The Eye of Horus and divine royalty Horus' name means "the falcon who soars above all the other inhabitants of the land". Horus is the god of the sky and is often shown with the head of a falcon or as a falcon itself. The Eye of Horus is shaped to resemble a falcon's eye, along with the distinctive teardrop on the bottom. The Eye of Horus has also been seen in royal courts and royal garments. This is because ancient Egyptians believed that pharoahs were the living embodiment of Horus and that when one pharoah died, his spirit was passed down to the next one. The Eye of Horus and the Pineal Gland The pineal gland is a tiny, pinecone-shaped gland located near the center of the brain, at the same level as the eyes. The famous philosopher Descartes called it the "principal seat of the soul". It is also known as the "third eye" and is thought to be a bridge between the physical and spiritual worlds. Many cultures throughout the world have some belief in the idea of the third eye. In ancient Indian texts, the chakra located between the eyebrows is believed to be the connection to divine consciousness. In China, "third eye training" involves closing the eyes and focusing one's attention on the spot between the eyebrows, while posed in various qigong positions. This focus allows the student to tune into the correct "vibration" in the universe so that they can achieve an advanced meditative state. In Egypt, the third eye was the Eye of Horus. The pineal gland is also thought to be a doorway to lucid dreaming, mental telepathy, extra-sensory perception, and spiritual visions. The Eye of Horus vs. the Eye of Ra Originally, both the right and left eyes were associated with Horus, but over time, the right eye became associated with Ra, the god of the sun, order, kings, and the sky. The story of the Eye of Ra begins when Ra was the actual pharoah of Egypt. Feeling that his people had lost respect for him, he sent his eye, in the form of a lion, to punish humanity. The Eye of Ra rampaged through the land, destroying everything in its path. It killed so many people that the gods feared it would kill all of humanity. To calm down the Eye, Ra poured beer stained with pomegranate juice over the land to fool the Eye into thinking it was human blood. After drinking all the beer, the Eye of Ra calmed down, passed out, and later returned to Ra, restoring peace to humanity. The Eye of Ra has been associated with the use of violence to control one's enemies and with the destructive power of the sun. It is also a symbol of authority, with its power used for protection of the pharoah, holy places, and ordinary people. Both the Eye of Horus and the Eye of Ra are believed to be protective, but it is their origin stories that define the nature of their powers. The Eye of Horus offers safety and protection for the living and the dead on dangerous journeys and wards off malevolent forces, while the Eye of Ra's protective powers originate in the use of violence to subdue one's enemies. The main difference seems to be that the Eye of Horus offers protection in a peaceful, defensive way, deflecting evil forces, while the Eye of Ra offers protection by inciting in enemies the fear of destruction. Furthermore, the Eye of Horus is a symbol of the moon and the Eye of Ra is a symbol of the sun. Ian McInerny On the ominous thirteenth anniversary of the 9/11 WTC false flag terror attacks that set the stage for a perpetual state of warfare, terror and chaos, Obama once again is set to launch another series of wars. ISIS provides the perfect raison d'etre for the re-intervention of the US-NATO occupation forces in Iraq, Syria and the Middle-East region. Every war against terror only leads to even more wars and more terror. Countries such as Iraq and Syria, which had no presence of the Al Qaeda, but after US-NATO interventions, these very terror organizations have taken root. Far worse and fanatical organizations such as the ISIS have now grown into veritable armies with modern advanced weaponry and thousands of foot-soldiers swarming towards the "hornets nest". In our estimation the spread of terror is directly linked to certain imperialist powers and collaborator governments, that fund, mobilize, train, provide safe havens and weapons. These terror gangs are then deployed to achieve their strategic objectives of global hegemony and control over natural resources, namely Oil and Gas. In terms of the rise of the ISIS (Islamic State of Iraq and Syria) the question that we must ask ourselves is that, is it possible for a terrorist organization to grow as powerful as on view, without the backing of certain nations and intelligence agencies? This is precisely what we will seek to achieve. Firstly there are 4 key regional and geopolitical reasons due to which we witness a global crisis all the way from the Middle East to Eastern Europe to the borders of Russia. In the year 2007 large Oil and Gas finds were discovered in the Eastern Mediterranean region, mainly to enrich the countries namely Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, Israel and Cyprus. The volume of Gas finds for both Iran and Qatar also showed increased proportions. The battle over the competition and control of the Pipeline routes between, namely the Iran-Iraq-Syria Pipeline and the Qatari pipeline, that needed access via Syria to reach the Mediterranean coastline as both pipelines went on via Turkey into Europe. If Russia and Iran were to have sovereign control over their Oil-Gas resources which they transported via their pipelines, then Russia and Iran would effectively control up to 50% of Gas exports to Europe. Thereby creating a greater energy, financial and market integration between the European nations, Russia and Iran and thus challenging the hegemony of the USA. Russia is building the South-Stream pipeline to circumvent the Ukranian quagmire. Russia has effectively countered the Western backed Nabucco pipeline. US-Saudi-Israel axis: Also in the aftermath of the Israeli defeat at the hands of the Hezbollah led Lebanese resistance in 2006, the strategic calculus began to shift drastically, with a redirection of US policy in the region. This hinged on countering the rise of the axis of the Resistance, also referred to as the Shiite Bloc, namely Iran, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon and all the way into Palestine. With a drastic sectarian Sunni-Shiite civil war already in the offing in Iraq, the Saudis, Israel and the US began to operate with multiple common strategic objectives. The Imperial-Zionist Israeli agenda was to essentially foment religious, sectarian and ethnic divisions and civil wars, leading to the partition and balkanization of those nations, into smaller warring stateless, to be then controlled by an all powerful Israel. This strategy appears in three documents: The Oded Yinon plan of 1982. A Clean Break, Strategy for securing the realm, authored by Benjamin Netanyahu and other Zio-Neoconservatives (1996). The Project for the New American Century (1997). Post 9/11, we then had the revelation by General Wesley Clark that the Neoconservative Lobby had plans to target '7' countries in '5' years, namely Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Syria, Lebanon, Sudan and ending with Iran. The ideological and strategic alliance evolved during the Bush regime when in 2007 a new doctrine, referred to as the "Redirection" emerged. It openly advocated targeting Iran, tilting the balance of power away from the Shiite Bloc that the war on Iraq had disturbed, widening the Sunni-Shia split, for a close alliance between US, Saudi Arabia and Israel. The current crisis that we are witness to, unfolded in Libya in early 2011, where now an advanced 'welfare state' has been reduced to a warring "Failed State" - due to rampaging US-NATO forces who armed the most fanatical elements amongst the Islamists, including the al Qaeda. Thus there were Iraqi fighters who fought in Libya, amongst myriad others. The heavy weapons from the Libyan war theatre were transported to Southern Turkey and smuggled across the Syrian border to be supplied to the Free Syrian Army (FSA), the Jabhat al Nusra (Al Qaeda of Syria) and other not so moderate rebels... The entire concocted narrative of "Moderate Rebels" is an utter lie, if not a poor figment of Obama's skewed imagination. On the ground the FSA, Nusra, as well as the ISIS, function together and are interchangeable. The FSA Commander Jamal Mahrouf (April 2014) stated that FSA and Nusra worked together. In June 2014, for all practical purposes the Jabhat al Nusra (al Qaeda of Syria) and the ISIS had merged together. The jihadist network created by the CIA, Saudi Intel since 1979, has now expanded to an extent where now foreign Jihadists militants, mercenaries, terrorists are mobilized from across 80 countries and include even those from many of the key Western-NATO countries, such as the USA, Britain, France, Belgium, Australia amongst others. Clearly the US has played a key role in creating ISIS, which has been accepted by Retd. Lt. Gen. Ian McInerny. And yet SeNATOr John Mcain has been photographed openly hobnobbing with the the latest version of Bin Laden, al-Bakr al Baghdadi 2.0. Haaretz (Feb 2014): Reported that the US, Saudi, Jordan and Israel were all in the process of helping the Syrian rebels plan an attack on Southern Syria. Israel has also provided direct assistance in military operations. Then PBS (May 2014) carried a report of rebels who were interviewed as stating that they were trained in secret bases in Qatar. Similar reports also exist of CIA controlled training camps in Turkey. Israel too supports the ISIS, Jabhat al Nusra, FSA and the other militant groups with camps and field hospitals in the Golan Heights, in occupied Syria. The role of US SeNATOr John McCain, leader, Republican Party, only further proves the complicity of the US junta at the highest levels. 4th of February 2011: According to the Report of the Foreign Intelligence Services, NATO organized a meeting to launch the Arab Spring in Libya and Syria. This meeting was chaired by SeNATOr John McCain. February 22, 2011: McCain met Saad Hariri in Beirut and gave him the responsibility to oversee weapons transfers into Syria. April 2013: He visited Idlib secretly and met up with the militants and terrorists of the FSA and Nusra. Here we have photographs of McCain with Abu Bakr al Baghdadi the self-declared Calipha. Even at this juncture, there was a $10 million price on al-Baghdadi's head, and McCain could be prosecuted for contact with a terrorist. A month prior to this meeting, al Baghdadi had already created the ISIS. The fact that the US regime is directly funding the moderate rebels, the Free Syrian Army is a stated fact of US policy. John McCain with top leaders of the Free Syrian Army and the Jabhat al Nusra (Al Qaeda of Syria) The ISIS has been brutal in it's massacres, especially targeting all those "Infidels and Kafirs" who refused to convert to Islam, especially the Yezidis, Christians, Shia's and even those Sunni's who refused to submit to their extreme version of Islam. Widespread massacre and ethnic cleansing of Christians and Yezidis is the norm for the ISIS, as well as the Jabhat al Nusra, the Al Qaeda of Syria. The Saudi-Qatar-Turkish role: Also reports state that the Qataris' paid $2.5 million to Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi to create the ISIS and become the future Calipha. After the major gas finds in 2007, the Qatari's firstly tried to convince President Assad to abandon the Iran-Iraq-Syria (IIS) pipeline and become a part of the Qatari pipeline. Assad said that he would not betray his Russian friend and ally. Then according to Roland Dumas (ex-French Foreign Minister) in 2009, Qatar paid $10 billion to the Turkish Foreign Minister Mr. Dovutoglu, with a plan to destabilize and overthrow the Assad Government. It was also at this time his British counterparts informed him that they were in the process of sending armed fighters to Syria. (Christoff Lehmann) Leaked emails from Pentagon reports revealed by Stratfor state that, "joint US-UK training of Syrian rebel forces since 2011 to bring about the collapse of the Assad regime 'from within'." It was after the Saudi failure in Syria that more than 20,000 mercenaries were defeated by the army, that the Saudis went on a worldwide hunt and mobilized jihadists from across more than 80 countries. Finally it was on the 10th of June 2014, that the world finally woke up to the threat of ISIS, after the fall of Mosul. The ISIS were out there boasting about their tanks, anti-aircraft guns, anti-tank missiles, heavy ammunition, Humvees, helicopters - all of which they captured from the Iraqi army, which did not even put up a fight. The Iraqi army that the US had been training at great cost, collapsed along sectarian lines. ISIS openly traveling across Iraq in June 2014. Not a single drone or aerial attack by the American forces. ISIS parading a captured SCUD missile. Strangely even though the ISIS were parading openly with all their captured American weaponry, the US chose not to attack, which is against standard US Military doctrine, that calls for captured weapons to be destroyed so that they do not fall into the hands of the enemy. At that very time the US was conducting drone strikes in Pakistan, but chose not to attack ISIS in Iraq. So is Obama a weak President, or even a no-war peace loving man, who only goes to war as the last option? That is certainly not the case. Obama's strategy has been to wage war by proxy, whereby they foment civil wars and strife, whilst deploying aerial attacks and drones, even as myriad proxies groups fight the land war. This is evident across Libya, Somalia, Iraq, Yemen, Lebanon and myriad other theatres of war. Then another question we are frequently asked: "Why after creating the ISIS, as you say, is the US bombing its own creation?" It's only a repeat of recent history. The US enthroned Saddam in 1963, used him against Iran and then destroyed him and similarly with the Al Qaeda and the Taliban in Afghanistan. Yet we tend to forget... unfortunately. US SeNATOr Lindsey Graham warns of a coming 9/11 attack. Fear Mongering to justify the wars in the Middle-East is part of the Neoconservative-Zionist strategy. The strategy is essentially to: Build up a dictator or an extremist group/s to be used to wage proxy wars against opponents. During this phase, crimes committed by proxies are swept under the carpet - Problem. Then after the 'nasty bad guys' have outlived their usefulness and served their purpose, then it's time to pull the plug and demonize them for all their barbarism. This works well when the public has no clue as to where these 'nasty bad guys' come from the first place - Reaction. Finally when the public finally begs the government to do something, a solution is proposed. This would usually mean military intervention couched in a humanitarian framework. This also leads to the reduction of freedoms in our nations and societies - Solution. Thus the ISIS has proved invaluable to the US-NATO strategic game-plan as there now exists a popular support back home to neutralize the ISIS threat that supposedly poses a threat to America. Therefore ISIS has provided a perfect alibi for the US-NATO forces to return back to the region as part of its re-colonization program. ISIS has also proved very useful in the Syrian theatre as today the ISIS does control up to 30% of territory and provides the perfect pretext for the US to invade Syria. The US-NATO allies could possibly enforce a no-fly zone in the ISIS held areas, thus preventing any role for the sovereign state and the Syrian Arab Army. As the ISIS retreats in the face of US bombing, that very territory would be handed over to the FSA and Jabhat al Nusra-Qaeda militants and mercenaries, surely with many ISIS mercenaries morphing into moderate rebels. Thus effectively partitioning Syria! The Syrian government has stated that they will not bear the violation of their sovereignty and Russia too has warned the US on this count. Entrap Russia: It was also in this very period that the Russian-US-NATO crisis over Ukraine began to emerge as a serious situation that could lead to a regional or a global war. The steps to counter ISIS are as follows: Work towards national political solutions, power sharing, constitutional democratic reforms, free and fair elections - to avoid civil wars, through regional and international mediation, whilst limiting the role of the US-EU and NATO institutions and military forces. Stop the physical routes from across the Turkish, Jordan and Lebanon into Syria. Shut down all safe-havens and camps active in Jordan, Qatar, Turkey and all other destinations. Shut down all sources of funding from Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Turkey and supply of weapons from US, Britain, France and other Western sources. Support the Governments battling this terror plague with satellite and intelligence reports so that the Army can perform better. Stop media propaganda and hate speech to stem the tide of publicity, hatred and fear. Identify and prosecute all those governments and private sources that are funding and arming terrorists so that a precedent is set. Thus the regional and the international situation is indeed fraught with danger, even as the US-NATO forces continue with their belligerence and war mongering. There is a need for an international alliance to counter the political, financial and military hegemony of the Western Imperial-Zionist axis. There is also a dire need for the popular resistance forces to counter the religious fanaticism that is being foisted within our societies by anti-democratic religious regressive obscurantist extremists who only weaken and divide our common struggles. These are the very elements that are indoctrinated to fight the proxy wars. There is thus a dire need for spiritual democracies to emerge as a counter to illiberal and regressive religious fanatics - much in the spirit of liberation theology. Where religion is redeemed from fanatics and texts interpreted with an all encompassing vision of love, compassion, universalism, mutual-respect and equality - thus liberating humanity from the religion and culture of fear, hatred and violence. Already forces and alliances such as, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) the BRICS, ...are emerging as viable challenges in the near future, centered on Russia, China, India, Brazil and South Africa. The South American Bolivarian nations continue to successfully resist and build democratic socialist models, empowering their citizens thus posing a challenge to the neo-liberal capitalist framework. This even as the valiant Palestinian resistance continues to stand at the frontlines of the struggle for human emancipation and liberty, thus inspiring generations across the world. Finally it is for the people of the world to continue to march against the wars and terror, to march for the unity of the oppressed people and nations - and to march for the freedom, dignity and self-respect of all human beings.
