Our theme for the year is "Follow Me" for Jesus Christ is leading us especially during these trying times. He will never abandon us. The 120K Knights in Texas are committed to the principles of the Order, Charity, Unity, Fraternity and Patriotism. We practice our commitment by living through our Faith in Action program consisting of Faith, Family, Community and Life. We will always strive to be available where there is a need because where there is a need, there is a Knight. Ray passed away on Wednesday Aril 22nd. His funeral arrangements are as follows: Thursday May 7th. Leo Wleczyk Please pray for the repose of the soul of Msgr. Leo Wleczyk - retired pastor of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church in Lake Jackson, Texas. He was ordained as a Catholic priest on May 27, 1965. A 1957 graduate of Brazosport High School, he dedicated his career to the priesthood, notably serving as pastor at St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church in Lake Jackson for 35 years before retiring in 2019. Father Leo served as chaplain of Lake Jackson Council 6812 and was a Fourth Degree member of Assembly 1120 (St. Mary Star of the Sea Assembly) in Freeport, Texas. He passed away this morning (Wednesday, 4/29/26). Services are pending. Mike McLaughlin Please pray for a successful heart surgery, his surgeons, and for his quick and complete recovery. Jeff Jordan Please pray for the Repose of the Soul of Jeff Jordan, husband of Texas State Council Accountant Kari Jordan. Jeff passed on to rest with our Lord on Tuesday April 21st. Jeff's Funeral Services will be on Wednesday April 29th at 11:00AM preceded by a viewing at 10:00AM. The services will be held at: Harrell Funeral Home 1715 Kirby Kyle, TX 78640 Requested by Thomas Oaks State Charities Fundraising Committee Jeff Jordan An Update on Jeff Jordan, husband of Texas State Council Office Accountant, Kari Jordan. We went to the Dr this week and it is confirmed that the cancer is back. It’s all around in his stomach and near the liver. They are unable to do Chemo and Radiation because his body wouldn’t be able to handle it. The worse part is the Dr said he has about 3 months. We are still trying to wrap our heads around it. He’s doing ok, just in pain. The Dr referred hospice. It’s been really hard but we are just taking it day by day.
