On several occasions, he told close friends that the music would not stop. Specifically May 8th and May 10th to Alicia Rae. May 10 was especially bad and not only affected him but the person Alicia as well. While in Alicia’s vehicle Isaac and she were both hit with what they believed to be V2K technology. I conducted a nearly two-hour interview wherein she recounts her story. On May, 10th Kappy also had a large knot on the back of his head where he’d been beating it against the floor. He’d told Alicia he’d been doing this in order to make the voices stop. When he left for Albuquerque NM he seemed to improve a little. He was able to make that last Instagram Live but still seemed out of it. I’ve spoken to nearly everyone he spoke to on the phone during that trip and only two of them said he seemed fine. Of those two, one said he was still calling himself Judas over and over and just wanted to pray. He also said during this conversation that he’d been hearing the voices and music for 3-4 months now. The Days Inn night hotel manager also stated he was acting erratic “twerking his head and twitching”. But this same man later told the day manager who informed his mother that when he checked in he was acting normal. A clear contradiction. The Manager I interviewed at the Loves Travel Stop in Williams also said he looked anxious and nervous. Voice to skull or V2K is a real technology and has been around for decades. It has military and civilian applications according to the patents below and according to victims, is currently being used to terrorize individuals on an ongoing basis for specific ends. Nearly every mass shooter in recent history has testified to hearing voices. There are patents on this as you’ll see below and there are government whistleblowers who admit to using this technology on citizens and enemies alike. While the government has moved forward with implementing this technology the FCC maintains that V2K victims are simply hearing only feedback from am/fm/shortwave broadcasts, and recommends getting a signal filter. There is no doubt in my mind that Isaac was being targeted with this technology in the end. Not only because he spoke about it openly to those closest to him and I have interviewed them, but because he was actively playing out the role of Judas, and someone had put that in his head. An idea he obsessed over. It became clear to me near the beginning of this investigation that Isaac was subjected to V2K. Since I’ve known about this technology for years it really didn’t come as a shock or surprise to me, yet for others, they wouldn’t or couldn’t believe it. Although some of the patents listed below on this technology were filed in the mid-’90s and whistleblowers abound, the average person believes this technology to be a myth. Regarding my finding and at this point belief that Isaac was subjected to this technology/weapon, I have received much criticism and ridicule. My primary offenders have been the LARPers, and disinformation agents who have been creating chaos from the beginning, but still, there are many who simply aren’t aware that this technology is real. I’ve decided to add a few articles that are circulating in the public domain so as to help the average person understand that V2K is in fact a REAL WEAPON and has been in use for decades now.
