Joining the Knights Templar is not for everyone. We are only searching for dedicated Christian men and women who possess a strong desire to glorify God through fighting today's enemies of society, namely disease and social distress. Our mission is the same today as it was 900 years ago...to defend those who cannot defend themselves. Although the sacrament of baptism and a profession of our Lord Jesus Christ are obvious requirements, you don't have to be wealthy, influential or of a certain social status to become a member of the Order.
