He has conducted these site selection projects throughout the US and the world. Schneider Consulting helps clients to: develop corporate location strategies and selection decision processes; screen and analyze countries, states, and cities to identify locations; conduct field due diligence to inspect sites, labor markets, infrastructure, support services, living conditions, and other business conditions and costs; develop operating cost and business conditions benchmarking models; and create negotiation strategies as well as lead negotiations for government incentives and real estate acquisition.
