Phil has conducted nearly 400 engagements across industries and corporate functions, from heavy manufacturing, to high technology, headquarters, R&D, call centers, and shared services. He has conducted these site selection projects throughout the US and the world. Schneider Consulting helps clients to: develop corporate location strategies and selection decision processes; screen and analyze countries, states, and cities to identify locations; conduct field due diligence to inspect sites, labor markets, infrastructure, support services, living conditions, and other business conditions and costs; develop operating cost and business conditions benchmarking models; and create negotiation strategies as well as lead negotiations for government incentives and real estate acquisition. His clients include Amgen, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Genentech, Pratt & Whitney, REC Silicon and Solar, SMA Solar, and Stryker.
